About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent sales performance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive individual and team performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Analyze sales metrics, forecast future sales, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.

- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the sales process.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.

- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel as required
