Job Summary:


- The Sales Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- The role involves direct interaction with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue, volume, and market share goals.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention.

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

- Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

- Collaboration: Work with other departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Skills And Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: 4-5 years
