Experience: 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 35 years in a leadership role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build a robust talent pipeline to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and driving initiatives that promote diversity, employer branding, and hiring efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys goals and future workforce needs.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team across regions/functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment processes for leadership and critical roles.
- Strengthen employer branding through various channels, including social media, campus engagements, and industry events.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to drive performance and improvements.
- Partner with HRBPs and department heads to forecast hiring needs and budget.
- Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Leverage technology and automation tools (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing) to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment programs and leading recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance in recruitment processes.
- Experience in building or enhancing employer branding initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels.
