Designation: Learning & Development (L&D) - Blue Collar Workforce
Experience Required: 8-12 years (specialized in blue-collar workforce training)
Role Objective:
Looking for a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) professional to lead end-to-end training initiatives for blue-collar workforce, covering warehouse staff, loaders and delivery partners. The goal is to enhance workforce productivity, safety, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drive large-scale training programs for blue-collar employees (warehouse workers, riders, loaders).
- Create and execute operational training modules tailored for the workforce.
- Ensure training materials are simple, visual, and available in local languages.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to scale L&D delivery at multiple locations.
- Focus on critical blue-collar training areas like:
- Safety protocols and incident handling.
- Delivery excellence and last-mile service training.
- Attendance, discipline, and hygiene standards.
- Basic soft skills - customer interaction for delivery staff.
- Productivity and efficiency improvement sessions.
Desired Candidate:
- 8-12 years of experience in blue-collar learning & development, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end training for large field and warehouse teams.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce challenges and motivation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
- Ability to travel across hubs/ warehouses for training rollouts.
