HR Operations Role
- Lead HR projects and activities like HR SOPs / Policy revisions & Internal / External audits, ESOP administration, Compensation benchmarking / plans / revisions
- Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization - On-boarding / Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations / communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
- Implement functional HRMS, HR Automation and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, including ESOP administration
- Ensure error-free Payroll
- Lead & manage all Performance Management Systems
- Design company policies and procedures
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Prepare & track manpower & cost budgets by department
- Actively maintain & track HR Reporting and key HR lead indicators / metrics like cost per hire, HR Process TATs and retention rates, etc.
- Educating & guiding staff and management on company's HR policies and regulations.
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
- Closely work with Employee Engagement officer to resolve people issues.
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
- Creating and Executing HR Compliance.
- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
- Business HR Partner role for key teams / departments
