Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Rewards & Recognition at our fashion company. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs that align with our company's culture and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in total rewards, employee recognition, and engagement strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Framework Development

- Develop and implement a holistic Rewards & Recognition (R&R) strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Design structured and scalable recognition frameworks that cater to diverse employee groups.

- Benchmark and integrate industry best practices to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

2. Compensation & Benefits Management

- Analyze and manage total rewards programs, including performance-based incentives, salary structures, and benefits.

- Ensure rewards are fair, equitable, and market-competitive by conducting periodic benchmarking.

- Align R&R initiatives with performance management systems to enhance employee motivation.

3. Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs

- Design and oversee employee recognition programs (e.g., peer-to-peer recognition, long-service awards, spot awards).

- Promote a culture of appreciation by integrating digital and social recognition tools.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive inclusive and meaningful recognition initiatives.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

- Track and analyze employee engagement, retention, and performance trends related to R&R initiatives.

- Leverage HR analytics and feedback surveys to measure the effectiveness of recognition programs.

- Optimize rewards strategies based on data insights and employee preferences.

5. Digital Transformation & Innovation

- Implement tech-enabled recognition platforms to streamline and automate R&R processes.

- Explore AI-driven insights and gamification to enhance participation in recognition programs.

- Drive a mobile-first and social media-integrated recognition approach.

6. Governance & Compliance

- Ensure all rewards and recognition programs comply with local labor laws and global standards.

- Maintain transparency and fairness in reward distribution and incentive structures.

- Establish policies and guidelines for seamless execution of R&R programs.

7. Budget & Cost Management

- Develop and manage the R&R budget effectively while ensuring maximum ROI.

- Optimize spending on rewards, balancing cost-effectiveness and employee experience.

8. Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and external consultants to enhance R&R strategies.

- Train and support HR and leadership teams to drive a culture of recognition.

- Communicate and promote R&R initiatives through internal campaigns and branding.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Rewards & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.

- Strong understanding of total rewards, employee engagement strategies, and industry benchmarking.

- Experience working in the fashion, retail, or luxury industry is a plus.

- Expertise in compensation analytics, job evaluations, and incentive design.

- Proficiency in HR technology and digital platforms for managing R&R programs.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

- Ability to drive change management and influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certification in Compensation & Benefits (CCP) or related HR certifications is an advantage.

- Experience in global reward programs and cross-cultural workforce management.
