
- We're looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our Corporate/Commercial Banking team.
- This role is crucial for managing and expanding relationships with our top-tier corporate clients in the Mid-Market Group.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of originating and structuring complex financial solutions for large corporations with a turnover exceeding - 1000 Cr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Manage and deepen existing relationships with a portfolio of large corporate clients, acting as their single point of contact for all banking needs.
- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Actively acquire new-to-bank clients by leveraging a strong network and market knowledge.
- Drive significant revenue growth by cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking products, including Treasury and Forex services, Cash Management Solutions (CMS), Investment Products, and Trade Finance.
Credit & Financial Structuring:
- Originating, structuring, and executing a wide range of credit solutions, including Term Loans, Working Capital facilities, and Project Finance.
- Lead the entire credit appraisal process, preparing detailed credit proposals and presenting them to the internal credit and risk committees.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Credit, and Risk, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
Portfolio Management & Risk Mitigation:
- Maintain the health of the assigned portfolio by conducting regular reviews and ensuring timely renewal of credit facilities.
- Proactively monitor market trends and client financials to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar relationship management role, with a proven track record of managing large corporate client portfolios (turnover > - 1000 Cr).
- Education: A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Deep understanding of corporate banking products, including term loans, working capital, trade finance, and treasury services.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
