About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter/Sr.

Recruiter/Team Lead BFSI Recruitment to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 510 recruiters focused on sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across the BFSI sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise in banking, financial services, and NBFC hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 BFSI recruiters, ensuring performance, productivity, and team morale.

- Handle senior and niche requirements across the BFSI domain, including NBFCs, AMCs, Private Banks, Investment Banks, and KPOs.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, headhunting, social networks, internal databases, and referrals.

- Ensure timely delivery and quality closure of open positions across sales, operations, and other BFSI functions.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and proactive engagement.

- Monitor team KPIs and recruitment metrics, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid to senior-level candidates, creating a robust talent pipeline.

- Ensure the team adheres to company values and aligns with the collaborative work culture of Team ACE HR.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3+ years in BFSI/NBFC recruitment; prior team handling experience is a plus.

- Industry Background: Recruitment consultancy or BFSI industry experience is a must.

- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree or (MBA Preferred).

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of BFSI domain and technical aspects of roles.

- Excellent communication - both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
