Job Description

- Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral hiring across multiple functions.

- Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and current market trends.

- Build and nurture a strong network of industry professionals; stay updated on market movements and talent availability.

- Partner with hiring managers to strategically guide recruitment efforts and align talent pipelines with workforce planning.

- Source talent through multiple channels, ensuring a healthy pipeline of high-caliber candidates.

- Conduct preliminary screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring process.

- Leverage market insights and data to target niche and complex roles effectively.

- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track hiring performance.

- Champion a positive candidate experience, from first interaction through onboarding.

- Share relevant talent intelligence and industry hiring trends with key internal stakeholders.

- Ideal candidates will demonstrate maturity, exceptional stakeholder management, and executive presence.


- A background in non-tech, consulting-heavy hiring is strongly preferred.

Desired Candidate:

- 4+ years of experience in corporate/in-house recruitment, with a strong understanding of lateral hiring dynamics.

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in consulting or KPO hiring is essential.

- Skilled at sourcing and talent mapping, with a strategic mindset and strong industry connects.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience managing recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and executive presence.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Avature,Successfactors,Workday,ICIMS is preferred.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

- A collaborative team player who is detail-oriented and has a candidate-first mindset.
