Vahan connects India's workforce to meaningful jobs at scale. We need a Senior / Lead Full- Stack Recruiter to own non- tech hiring end- to- end (Sales/Supply, Operations, Business, Channel/Partner Programs) while staying hands- on across tech (Engineering, Product, Data).
Outcomes you'll drive
- P0 roles closed in 3-4 weeks.
- P1 roles closed in 8-10 weeks.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and a pre- qualified bench for recurring / hard-to-fill roles.
- Candidate experience: zero escalations; strong feedback from candidates & managers.
- Data discipline: clear weekly/monthly funnel, experiments logged; drive process improvements.
What you'll do
- Run full- cycle recruiting: requirement gathering - sourcing - evaluation design - structured interviews - offer & close - onboarding handoff.
- Source like a pro: outbound, communities, referrals, events, and talent maps that keep the bench warm.
- Partner with hiring managers: set expectations, calibrate profiles, and influence decisions with data.
- Negotiate & close: design offer strategies, handle counters, and land senior mandates.
- Raise the bar: standardize JDs, scorecards, and interview rubrics; keep ATS hygiene tight and publish regular funnel insights.
- Brand & referrals: run simple, repeatable plays that attract the right talent.
Must- haves
- 6-10 years of recruiting in high- growth environments with deep non- tech experience and meaningful tech exposure.
- Ace negotiator & closer: confident with compensation strategy, counters, multi- stakeholder deals, and closing velocity.
- Sourcing- first operator: hands- on outbound, community building, referral design; comfortable with tough markets and senior roles.
- Stakeholder management: influence senior leaders with data, storytelling, and concise writing.
- Data fluency & tools: you are fluent with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and Google Sheets. You used AI in Recruitment, beyond ChatGPT.
Nice- to- have
- Built or led small TA squads / pods; interviewer training experience.
- Experience hiring in ops- heavy tech organisations or channel/partner ecosystems.
- Comfort with employer branding, content, and events.
