Title- Senior Recruiter
Experience- 8 to 10 years of relevant non-technical or non-IT requirement experience preferably in accounting, tax, audit, or finance.
Budget- 15 LPA
Location- Hyderabad
Employment Type- Contract for 11 months (potential for conversion based on performance)
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
