About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and optimize our recruitment strategies. This role goes beyond traditional hiring-it's about building high-performing teams, driving talent initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to attract the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across various domains.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and data-driven hiring solutions.

- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques to create a strong talent pipeline.

- Immigration & Compliance Expertise: Navigate complex work authorizations including W2, C2C, 1099, GC, EAD, US Citizens, TN Visa, and H1B to ensure seamless hiring.

- Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, enhance the candidate experience, and drive quality hiring.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and reporting to track hiring trends, recruitment KPIs, and forecast talent needs.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior recruiters, foster a culture of excellence, and support team-wide hiring initiatives as needed.

- Employer Branding: Represent the organization as a brand ambassador, ensuring a strong employer presence in the job market.

- Candidate Engagement & Experience: Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely follow-ups, proactive communication, and a seamless hiring journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, market mapping, and headhunting.

- Excellent understanding of work authorizations and visa processes.

- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and leadership collaboration.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask effectively, and drive results.
