Senior Project Manager - Gen AI/Dot Net

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional to lead complex IT delivery initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive innovation through AI/GenAI adoption. This role requires expertise in Agile, SDLC, .NET-based projects, and governance, with a strong ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities :

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with Agile/Iterative methodologies.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, time, and quality targets.

- Oversee SOW compliance, billing accuracy, and project financial tracking.

- Promote and integrate AI/GenAI tools to improve SDLC productivity and workflow automation.

- Mentor teams, encourage adoption of best practices, and maintain governance & risk management processes.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in IT project/program management, preferably in .NET-based application development.

- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and full SDLC lifecycle experience.

- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI applications in delivery.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Based in Bangalore and comfortable working onsite 5 days/week.
