Hiring: Associate Director - Special Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Special Project Leadership:
- Lead high-priority projects that drive growth, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Operational Problem Solving:
- Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and optimize systems and processes to improve productivity.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with teams across Operations, Marketing, Product, and IT to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
End-to-End Project Execution:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle-from ideation and planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Mitigate risks, optimize resources, and measure success using data-driven insights.
Workforce Development & Training:
- Own sourcing, training, and onboarding of a high-quality workforce.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of skilled professionals to meet growing demands.
Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational workflows.
- Leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data analytics to track KPIs, measure impact, and refine strategies.
- Report project performance to senior leadership and recommend strategic improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and results.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or problem-solving roles in startups, scale-ups, or high-caliber firms (e.g., ITC, FMCG, logistics, or hypergrowth companies).
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and driving operational excellence.
- Experience in building processes, optimizing workflows, and executing strategic initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on execution approach.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
- Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
