Are you an ex-founder or operator who's built from scratch, scaled fast, and owned outcomes end to end?

We're building one of the most performance-driven creator programs in wellness - and we're looking for someone who knows how to turn influence into revenue. You'll own the entire affiliate P&L, build the sales engine, and drive real results with creators, agencies, and platforms.

Folks who have explored the US market will be preferred!!

As Senior Program Manager, you will hold a pivotal position at the heart of our creator engine:

1) Taking complete ownership of the affiliate P&L - from revenue and commissions to costs, retention, and ROI.

2) Building a high-conversion creator sales engine by onboarding the right influencers, agencies, and partners.

3) Drive the email channel: Architect multi-step sequences, execute rigorous A/B tests, and deliver precise, personalized messaging at scale-owning open, click, and reply rates end-to-end.

4) Build and sustain the acquisition funnel: Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential creators-whether through direct outreach or strategic agency partnerships-while maintaining a consistent, qualified pipeline.

5) Translate data into decisive action: Monitor every metric in real time, diagnose performance shifts, and implement data-driven adjustments that keep revenue velocity high.

6) Your success will directly accelerate our growth trajectory; when you operate at peak performance, the entire business moves faster.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-6 years' experience in influencer acquisition, affiliate marketing, or B2B sales within a tier-1 DTC or commerce startup.

- Negotiation strength: closes creator contracts that drive revenue while operating frugally.

- Nice to have: health/beauty sector experience, basic Canva/Figma skills, or a side project involving creator outreach.

- You've worked in an early-stage startup or built something 0 - 1.

- You're confident in managing performance metrics, unit economics, and growth levers.

- You know how to negotiate, build trust, and keep creators motivated.
