Senior Program Manager/Associate Director - Program Management

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager / Associate Director - Program Management to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership, with the ability to influence senior executives and align business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program management for large, complex, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

- Drive program governance, planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Establish and manage program frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for executive leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Compliance) to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and budget.

- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and change management activities.

- Drive adoption of program management best practices, processes, and tools across teams.

- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across leadership levels.

- Mentor and guide project managers and program teams, building a high-performance program management culture.

- Partner with leadership to influence strategic roadmaps, organizational transformation, and digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12-18 years of experience in program management, project delivery, or PMO roles, with at least 5+ years in leadership positions.

- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide, complex, multi-million-dollar programs.

- Strong knowledge of program governance, portfolio management, and strategic execution frameworks.

- Hands-on expertise with Agile, SAFe, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in program management tools (e. , MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

- Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or MSP.
