Location : GGN/HYD/BLR however preference is HYD (this should not stop you to source candidates from PAN India who are willing to relocate to these 3 locations/based in Arcesium office locations)
Good Communication skills is a mandate
Education: Btech/BE Candidates and MBA
Industry - FinTech, BFSI, FinTech Startups, Big 4 (but someone who has worked on product development/management)
Role Specifics:
- Exp in handling equity, options, derivatives(anyone 1) & futures, OTC, Bonds etc
- Project Management & coordination with the teams
- Articulate their thoughts to the extended team
- Someone who can design the technical and functional work flow.
- Once he is able to write the formula and then the implementation will be tested by preparing test cases
- Some key words search - Test cases, preparation of the workflow, coordination of the project
Good to have : Background in Engineering
Notice Period preference Immediate- 1month
Interview Process :
- Total Interviews 5-6 rounds
- Drive Day 2-3 Rounds will be conducted
- Spillover rounds in the following week
