Senior Product Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong exposure to equity, derivatives, and financial products who can bridge the gap between functional and technical workflows.
The ideal candidate should be able to design workflows, prepare test cases, and drive coordination across multiple teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on equity, options, derivatives (any one), futures, OTC, bonds and related instruments.
- Design technical and functional workflows, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Develop and write formulas for workflows and validate implementations through test case preparation & execution.
- Manage and coordinate projects with internal and extended teams, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Articulate ideas and requirements clearly, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech/BE or MBA (Engineering background preferred).
- Strong communication skills (mandatory).
- Proven experience in product development/management within FinTech, BFSI, FinTech Startups, or Big 4 consulting firms.
- Hands-on experience with test case preparation, workflow design, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Background in Engineering/Tech-driven projects.
- Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 1 Month joiners preferred
