- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive one of Company's most strategic product areas.
- This role is central to our mission of building an AI-powered, clinically validated platform that delivers meaningful outcomes for members and measurable value for our B2B clients.
- You'll be responsible for defining the roadmap, integrating AI and Generative AI tools into the product experience, and designing shared services that scale across conditions, clients, and markets.
- A strong background in UI/UX best practices is essential to ensure member and client-facing experiences are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver AI/ML and GenAI-powered features (personalization, predictive insights, digital coaching, workflow automation).
- Drive shared services design-ensuring core capabilities (eligibility, onboarding, engagement, analytics, integrations) can be reused across conditions and clients.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, FDA, data privacy).
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed product roadmaps and specifications.
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.
- Manage the content strategy and create compelling content (presentations, videos, white papers, demos, case-studies, website copy, etc. ) that highlight our products value.
- Apply UI/UX best practices to define user journeys, wireframes, and feature flows that maximize adoption and engagement.
- Use data, research, and clinical insights to validate product decisions and measure impact.
- Define and track KPIs and outcomes-engagement, clinical effectiveness, and ROI for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support go-to-market success.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare SaaS, or regulated industries.
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital health or wellness products with measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools as part of product workflows or feature design.
- Strong background in shared services design (platforms, APIs, reusable capabilities).
- Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions such as personalization, conversational AI, or predictive analytics.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate closely with design teams on user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FDA SaMD, data security).
- Excellent ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams around shared goals.
