Senior Product Manager - FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

- Own the development and management of the company's Wallet, Cards, and Payroll (UAE's WPS) Products.

- Manage components including Bank Partner, Processor, Card Manufacturer, Card Logistics, Employer/Employee Onboarding, and Payroll.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely product improvements that align with company goals.

Growth & Optimization:

- Drive strategies to grow user adoption and usage of company's accounts and cards.

- Enhance product features to position the company as the User's Primary account.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure efficient integration and coordination with Bank Partner, Processor, Card Manufacturer, OEM Wallets (Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay), Scheme, and logistics provider.

- Streamline employer, employee onboarding processes and payroll management to enhance customer experience.

User-Centric Approach:

- Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance the onboarding and payment experience.

- Collaborate with UX team to research, concept test new Product Ideas.

- Focus on optimizing user flows to ensure simplicity and efficiency.

Data & Metrics:

- Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Make informed product decisions based on user behavior, feedback, and market trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a key liaison between engineering, marketing, customer success, and compliance teams.

- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategies effectively across the organization.

Qualifications:.

- 4-6 years of experience in Product Management.

- Currently working as a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager in a tech-driven product company, preferably Fintech.

- Proven track record in managing Wallet, Cards, or Personal Finance products.

- Strong understanding of Wallet, Card, and Payment systems.

- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Fintech, particularly with Wallet or Banking products.

- Understanding of general regulatory and compliance standards of the industry.

- Ability to work with technical teams and external partners, such as Bank, Processor, Card manufacturer etc.
