Job Description: - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Managers to lead the development and execution of innovative Digital Payment Solutions. - The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments landscape, exceptional product management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital payment solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. - Research market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement. - Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. Product Development & Execution: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to deliver high-quality digital payment products on time and within budget. - Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. - Create and maintain detailed product requirements and user stories for product development. - Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure payment solutions. Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates, new features, and roadmap progress. - Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams, to gather feedback, align product strategies, and ensure that product features meet customer demands. User-Cantered Design: - Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital payment products. - Analyse customer feedback, conduct usability testing, and iteratively improve theproduct to meet user expectations and market demands. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and user experience. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including transaction volumes, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. Risk Management & Compliance: - Ensure that all digital payment products comply with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, AML/KYC). - Work with the legal and compliance teams to understand the regulatory landscape and ensure that products meet necessary compliance standards. Continuous Improvement: - Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in digital payments and fintech. - Regularly review product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product innovation. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience: - Minimum 6-12 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years of experience in the digital payments, fintech, or financial services industry. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital payment products or services. Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online payments, digital wallets, and payment gateways. - Knowledge of payment security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS), fraud prevention, and compliance regulations. - Strong analytical skills and experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
