Responsibilities:

- Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the Factory Acquisition product, including in-depth product research, market analysis, competitive assessment, strategic planning, clear positioning, detailed roadmap development, comprehensive requirements definition, and successful product launch.

- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, plan, and execute innovative "Product Hacks" specifically designed to accelerate and streamline factory acquisitions.

- Competitive Differentiation: Continuously assess current competitor offerings to identify unique opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage within the market.

- Market & Partnership Analysis: Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and evaluate potential partnerships from both an ROI and a build-versus-buy perspective.

- Product Strategy & Requirements: Create comprehensive product strategy documents that clearly outline business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, projected revenue, and Return on Investment (ROI).

- Execution & Development: Translate the overarching product strategy into detailed, actionable requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

- Seamless Onboarding: Design and build product flows that ensure seamless and efficient factory onboarding at scale.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely and effectively with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams throughout the development, QA, and release phases of products, ensuring balanced resource allocation for organizational success.

- Key Metric Ownership: Directly drive and optimize the Factory Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) metric.

- Timeline Management: Implement and meticulously maintain production timelines across multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery.

- New Product Evaluation: Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans for successful adoption.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in Product Management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches and growth.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM), particularly as it relates to factory acquisition or manufacturing.

- Demonstrated ability to drive all phases of the product lifecycle.

- Excellent analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and ROI assessment.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Proven ability to manage timelines and drive projects to completion.

- Experience with data-driven decision-making and metric optimization
