Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

Responsibilities :

- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MRV platform, aligning it with Company overall mission and business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business development, to deliver a world-class product.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MRV platform.

- Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.

- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, features, and timeline.

- Stay current with the latest carbon accounting trends, sustainable agriculture, and relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

- Represent Company at industry events and engage with key clients and partners.

Required Skills :

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

- You have at least 6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in AgriTech, ClimateTech, or environmental technologies.

- You have hands-on experience in carbon markets, including a solid understanding of carbon insetting and offsetting mechanisms.

- You also have a solid knowledge of carbon accounting principles, sustainability reporting frameworks (e., GHG Protocol), and agricultural practices.

- A hands-on understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments is required.

- You have experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with remote sensing technologies, GIS, and data visualization tools is a plus.

- You have a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly products.

- You are analytical and a problem-solver.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, would be required to drive results.

- You are detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.

- You are passionate about sustainability and leveraging technology to drive positive environmental impact.
