Job Summary

- The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy for -defined client groups within the India geography.


- This position will partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with the organization's goals and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.


- Acting as both a strategic advisor and employee champion, the Senior People Partner will support leadership development, enable a positive work culture, and ensure seamless HR operations across the employee lifecycle.


- The role will also drive alignment of people strategies with global business objectives while supporting organizational change and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including communication strategies, results dissemination, and follow-up action plans.

- Provide strategic advisory and hands-on support to managers and leaders to enhance team effectiveness and business outcomes.

- Drive career pathing initiatives and clearly communicate growth and development opportunities across functions.

- Oversee and promote the use of feedback and recognition platforms to boost employee morale and engagement.

- Coach and support performance management processes, including rating calibration and top talent focus.

- Ensure total rewards programs are applied equitably and consistently to support retention and motivation.

- Support organizational design efforts such as succession planning, team restructuring, and workforce optimization.

- Deliver quarterly executive summaries for each business unit with insights and actionable HR plans.

- Analyze workforce data to identify issues and design targeted HR interventions.

- Ensure consistent and effective communication of HR programs and initiatives, aligned with global standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS environment.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse organizational setup.

- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

- Experience in handling complex employee relations (ER) issues is desirable.
