Main Responsibilities:
- Forecast inventory, manage replenishment, and ensure 95%+ on-time deliveries while minimizing spoilage.
- Manage inventory for production, DTC, and other needs; source ingredients and suppliers; optimize freight, warehousing, and logistics for new products and events.
- Coordinate shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and manage day-to-day logistics with warehouses, co-packers, and transport partners.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and distributors, oversee quality escalations, and manage SKU setup and system accuracy.
- AP/AR Management: Audit invoices from vendor partners (such as 3PL) to ensure charges are all correct
- Manage DTC & Food Service order lifecycle, resolve escalations, and monitor order status on Shopify for timely delivery with 3PL.
Requirements for the Role:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in operations or supply chain.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects while staying highly organized.
- Independent and proactive in building systems to improve efficiencies and take on more responsibility.
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities
- Willing to vary schedule to meet business needs, including weekends when necessary.
- Effective communicator with a passion for engaging with customers and vendor partners.
