Senior Marketing Leader
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader who can own and scale all facets of growth marketing, brand strategy, communications, and performance marketing. This role requires a balance of creative brand thinking and strong analytical skills to lead demand generation, optimize ROI, and build a trusted industrial brand. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, tech, product, and category teams to deliver on aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Planning:
- Build and execute the annual integrated marketing roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Own end-to-end marketing P&L including paid media, brand marketing, CRM, events, and communication.
- Lead GTM planning for new verticals, categories, and geographies.
Performance & Digital Marketing:
- Scale revenue and leads via SEM, SEO, social media marketing, affiliate, and email marketing.
- Run targeted digital campaigns across platforms.
Brand, PR & Communications:
- Define and own the organization's brand identity across touchpoints.
- Build impactful PR, content, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Develop creative assets including brand videos, landing pages, and event kits.
Events, Partnerships & CXO Marketing:
- Strategize and lead participation in high-impact industry events and trade shows.
Product, Analytics & Tools:
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to optimize user journeys, CRO, and app/web analytics.
- Enable real-time tracking and measurement of campaign ROI, customer funnel behavior, and retention metrics.
Team Leadership & Agency Management:
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across performance, brand, CRM, and design.
- Manage agency relationships for media buying, PR, influencers, creatives, and SEO.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or industrial domains.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, brand strategy, and marketing automation.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred.
