Strategic Communication:
- Define and drive the corporate communication strategy in alignment with business and employer branding objectives.
- Partner with leadership and HR to craft communication that strengthens culture, engagement, and external reputation.
- Serve as a communication advisor to business leaders for critical announcements, organizational updates, and external messaging.
Content Development & Thought Leadership:
- Lead creation of high-quality content across internal platforms (town halls, newsletters, HR updates, intranet) and external channels (press releases, blogs, social media, whitepapers).
- Develop thought-leadership articles showcasing expertise in pharma analytics and consulting.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing a strong employer brand.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Consulting Leaders) to align narratives with business goals.
- Mentor junior writers and review content to ensure quality, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage a content calendar and ensure timely rollout of communication campaigns.
Governance & Quality:
- Uphold high standards of clarity, structure, and impactful storytelling.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and industry guidelines in all communication.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate communication, content writing, or marketing communication (preferably in consulting, pharma, or life sciences sector).
- Demonstrated ability to handle senior-level communication assignments.
Other Competencies:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Strong experience in corporate communications, branding, and strategic content writing.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proven track record of developing communication strategies and employer branding campaigns.
- Comfort with multi-channel communication (digital, social, print, events).
- Knowledge of design/creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
