Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Treasury & Compliance to oversee all aspects of our treasury and regulatory compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, banking, and a deep understanding of Indian and international regulatory frameworks, including those from the RBI and SEBI.

This role requires a professional capable of managing complex financial operations, ensuring stringent compliance, and providing strategic support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Operations:

- Manage all daily banking and treasury functions, including overseeing bank accounts, handling electronic banking access, and ensuring timely payment processing for invoices and budgets.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:

- Lead all regulatory filings and compliances with key bodies such as the RBI and SEBI.

- This includes managing filings for ALM, NCDs, and CIMS platforms, ensuring adherence to covenants, and managing compliance for foreign branches and subsidiaries.

Foreign Exchange & Export/Import Management:

- Oversee all FEMA and foreign currency compliance matters.

- This includes managing end-to-end EDPMS/IDPMS compliance, reconciling shipping bills, and managing GR waivers and export receivables.

Audit & Reporting:

- Support internal and external audits, including those related to tax and regulatory compliances.

- Prepare and submit all required reports, such as the No Default Statement to rating agencies and the Foreign Liabilities & Assets (FLA) filing.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Skills

Regulatory Expertise:

- Deep knowledge of RBI, SEBI, and FEMA regulations.

- Experience with filings like ALM, EDPMS/IDPMS, FCGPR, FC-TRS, and FLA.

- Understanding of financial ratios and metrics such as ANW, CRAR, and LCR.

Financial & Technical:

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems for budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills for compliance checks and reconciliation.

- Experience with systems development and process improvement.

Communication & Management:

- Excellent communication skills for liaising with banks, consultants, and internal teams.

- Strong organizational and tracking skills to monitor compliance and reporting deadlines.

Experience & Education:

Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or compliance role.

Education: A professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or CMA is mandatory
