Sr Manager, Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation structure, pay bands, and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.
- Oversee annual appraisal, bonus, and incentive processes.
- Partner with vendors for insurance, wellness, and benefit programs.
- Analyze C&B data to ensure market competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of benchmarking, job evaluation, and HRIS tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field.
