11+ years of overall experience and 7-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Role Description


Looking for a dynamic people leader who understands the - bigger picture- and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence. The incumbent will bring extraordinary focus and expertise in and scaling a dynamic operation and organization focused on the customer-centricity, team growth and well-being and operational rigor. The Incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategy and process for talent acquisition, talent mapping and talent assessment. He/She will partner with business to formulate eective Talent Acquisition strategies to assist with its growth and expansion plans.


Title: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition


Reporting to: Director of Human Resources


Overall Purpose:


The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the recruitment team, overseeing recruitment metrics, and ensuring the recruitment function aligns with the company's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent for all levels of the organization

- Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the recruitment function runs smoothly

- Coordinate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, develop recruitment plans, and set hiring goals

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors, agencies, and job boards for sourcing candidates

- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure recruitment efforts are cost-effective and efficient

- Implement metrics and analytics to track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment function

- Partner with HR business partners to ensure recruitment strategies align with broader HR and business objectives


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Experience managing a recruitment team and multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment metrics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the recruitment process
