About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our hiring efforts in the Philippines. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in BPO recruitment, capable of handling high-volume hiring while ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering results aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce planning to onboarding, with a focus on BPO roles (customer service, technical support, operations, etc.).
- Partner closely with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and forecast talent needs.
- Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring, utilizing job portals, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a proactive approach to hiring.
- Supervise and guide a team of recruiters; monitor their performance through relevant metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring timely feedback, smooth communication, and a professional process.
- Drive process improvements and automation in recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Track and report hiring metrics, analyze data for insights, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Stay updated with trends in the BPO market and employment landscape in the Philippines to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal policies during the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in BPO recruitment (mandatory).
