Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to design, implement, and drive strategic HR initiatives aimed at digitizing key HR functions, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Operations.
- Support CPO to integrate advanced HR technologies that streamline and enhance HR processes, leveraging digital tools to improve performance management systems, compensation strategies, and employee engagement.
- Work with CPO to deliver time based specific HR projects and new initiatives , on digitization and other HR transformation projects
NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Should have worked in TA and On-boarding space as a TA Leader for a minimum of 7 to 10 years
- Should be very strong in salary negotiations
- Should be willing to work on other HR Projects from time to time to support CPO - especially on HR Digitization and should also have an experience on the same
