Reports To: Head of HR
Role Overview:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet high-volume hiring goals.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for bulk positions including lateral positions.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management for bulk hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with business objectives.
- Working on closing hiring projections with Stakeholders and ensuring that pipeline creation for future is done.
- Streamline recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance and decision-making.
- Improving quality of hire and identifying alternate sources for the same.
Requirements:
Experience: 14+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in hiring leadership roles like CXO, etc. should have experience in strategic hiring.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
