Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth and workforce planning goals.

- Partner with executive leadership to anticipate and fulfill hiring needs for leadership and critical roles, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

- Leverage market intelligence and data insights to proactively address talent gaps and identify emerging trends in recruitment.

- Ensure hiring strategies reflect the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, building an innovative and inclusive workforce.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing insights into hiring trends, talent market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Business Leaders, and Finance, to align headcount planning with organizational priorities.

- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive a seamless and effective recruitment process.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

- Define team objectives and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Promote continuous learning and development within the team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Encourage and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting practices to elevate the team's effectiveness.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive improvements in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other key performance indicators to meet business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with relevant hiring policies, regulations, and standards while maintaining documentation accuracy.

Diversity and Inclusion:

- Lead initiatives to attract and hire talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring company's recruitment strategies reflect the organization's commitment to equity and inclusion.

- Implement unbiased hiring practices and promote inclusive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Leadership Hiring Focus:

- Personally manage and oversee recruitment for senior leadership and mission-critical roles, ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent for key positions.

- Partner with executives to define hiring requirements and identify the skills and competencies critical for leadership success.

- Drive strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts to engage with passive candidates and develop strong talent pipelines for high-level roles.

Employer Branding:

- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer brand and position the company as a preferred employer in the market.

- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and other platforms to attract top talent and enhance the organization's presence in the talent market.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- Proven track record in managing recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior-level roles and leadership hiring.

- Experience in driving strategic talent initiatives and managing high-performing teams.

Skills:

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with experience influencing senior executives.

- Expertise in data-driven recruitment decision-making and the ability to leverage metrics to optimize outcomes.

- Proficiency in leading and developing recruitment teams, fostering innovation and performance excellence.
