Our client, a renowned and rapidly growing apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Manager for its Business Excellence & Transformation team, based at its Gurgaon head office. As a cornerstone of the transformation journey, the client is driving a strategic initiative across the enterprise focused on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. This role is central to enabling the evolution of the firm's future-ready, agile organization, collaborating closely with CXOs and business heads.

Consultants joining this program will have the opportunity to lead mission-critical projects, enable strategy formulation and execution, and embed new ways of working across the company. You will directly influence the company's trajectory by orchestrating transformation programs and championing business excellence across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate cross-functional teaming to break down silos, drive enterprise-wide value, and institutionalize best-in-class metrics and dashboards

- Lead identification, design, and roll-out of strategic initiatives-from ideation through implementation and value tracking-for sustained business transformation

- Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to proactively assess and mitigate execution risks, supporting executive decision-making for AOP achievement

- Act as a central stakeholder in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and quarterly target setting, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy

- Guide demand planning across channel, region, and category, leveraging analytics, market trends, and historical business data

- Direct markdown strategy for seasonal merchandise-tracking performance, reacting with agility, and suggesting initiatives to maximize sell-through and profitability

- Champion the transformation office agenda, benchmark and embed industry best practices, and drive the adoption of new processes, dashboards, and KPIs across all functions

Your Background:

- 2-7 years' experience in management consulting, retail, e-commerce, or CPG companies in strategic or transformation roles (CEO office, Chief of Staff, etc.)

- Graduation or post-graduation from a Tier 1 college; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school strongly preferred

- Strong data orientation with advanced analytical skills; proven track record of leading high-impact cross-functional projects

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp eye for detail

- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills; highly comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

- Functional expertise in business planning, operating model transformation, and change management

The role is based out of Gurgaon in-office presence and is a full time permanent opportunity. The total compensation for this role is up to INR 22 LPA.
