Opening with a leading Fashion & Retail Industry for their office in Bangalore, KA.

Role: Senior Manager - HR payroll Specialist

Location: Bangalore, KA.

Experience: 5 Years+

Qualifications: Postgraduation (Any)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leading payroll processing of all business of the company.

- To Supervise the procedures of preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payment

- Responsible for new client acquisitions (Payroll parrel & Dry run)

- Publishing payroll dashboards to business leaders on monthly basis

- Manage reports requirements of auditors (internal & external audit activities)

- Leading Investment declaration & Proofs submission activity

- Identification of Scope of Process automation and implement

- Liability transfers of all inter & Intra transfers

- Preparation of salary JV and F&F JV

- Addressing salary queries and ensures prompt resolution to the employees

- Accountable for timely submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns and Form 16

- Timely closure of full and final settlements

- Ensuring clearance of all F&F recovery /Write-off wherever applicable on quarterly basis and ensure zero liabilities in the financial books. Also, ensure to share the demand notices to all recovery cases within the defined timelines

- Preparing all provisions (Leave encashment, Bonus, Variable pay & Gratuity Etc) to finance team

- Monthly reconciliation of Comp Structure, Designation, PAN and Bank Account number of Payroll Vs Poornata Vs People Strong

- Ensuring Actuarial Valuation of Gratuity and Leave as per the defined timelines.
