About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Secondary Sales Automation Platform (DMS). This is a high-impact role responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, driving adoption across the network, ensuring system reliability, and enabling robust data integration and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead the complete lifecycle of the Secondary Sales Automation Platform (DMS) - from conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
- Design, automate, and deploy sales automation processes to drive operational excellence.
- Drive platform usage and adoption KPIs among distributors, field force, and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless data integration between DMS and related platforms such as SFA, Dealer Apps, and ERP.
Data Integration & Analytics
- Build and maintain data pipelines to the data warehouse to enable advanced KPI dashboards and reports.
- Ensure uninterrupted data flow and health of data across connected systems.
- Own and monitor Secondary Master Data, and conduct regular dipstick analyses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Vendor & Platform Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the DMS vendor to ensure system uptime, updates, and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure zero downtime and issue resolution.
Team & Support Management
- Lead teams supporting the DMS platform across Head Office, On-ground Operations, and Call Centre.
- Ensure timely training, support, and escalation management for all platform-related concerns.
Process Ownership
- Act as the Custodian of Auto-Replenishment Process to enable accurate and timely distributor stock replenishment.
- Own and manage the Scheme Management Platform to ensure effective execution and tracking of secondary schemes.
Desired Profile : MBA-Tire 1-B-School-18-19 pass out.
- Experience in Sales Automation / IT Systems / Channel Sales Operations in FMCG/Retail/Distribution businesses.
- Strong understanding of Secondary Sales, DMS, SFA, Dealer operations and end-to-end supply chain.
- Hands-on experience in leading automation/digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Prior experience in managing master data, building dashboards, and using BI tools will be an advantage.
