Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP solution sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.


This role demands deep expertise in ERP ecosystems and strong client engagement capabilities across various industry verticals.


Key Responsibilities:


- 7+ of hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Sage, Epicor, NetSuite, etc., working with either OEMs or System Integrators (SI).


- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and revenue goals.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industry verticals including Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Retail & Distribution, E-commerce, Gems & Jewelry, and Wholesale Trade.


- Lead the complete ERP sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and presentations to proposal development and deal closure.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies through market research, cold outreach, roadshows, digital campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.


- Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, IT Heads) to understand business challenges and align ERP solutions to address them, ensuring a strong value proposition and ROI.


- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.


- Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.


- Partner with presales and technical teams to tailor ERP solutions, conduct product demonstrations, client workshops, and executive-level presentations.


- Prepare high-quality proposals, respond to RFPs, create pricing models, and lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closure strategies.
