About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 6+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

- Willingness to travel as required
