Senior Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop periodic sales projections (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) at the dealer and model level using market trends, seasonality, and pipeline analysis.
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing strategies with a structured weekly PDCA review.
- Monitor and enhance enquiry generation channels to improve conversion ratios and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Track test drive (TD) penetration to boost conversion rates and conduct weekly target reviews to identify and address gaps.
- Drive sales volume and market share (segment-wise and product-wise) through dealer networks and sales teams.
- Strengthen relationships with financiers, ensuring dealership access to at least 3-4 financiers.
- Enhance non-auto revenue streams (TMI, TMA, Accessories, Extended Warranty, AMC) in collaboration with downstream revenue teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee activity execution and guide teams effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, fleet operators, and financiers, to track bulk orders and ensure consistent business growth.
