
Senior Manager (Rewards, Compensation and Benefit, Admin, Workforce Management, Compensation benchmarking)
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Formulate comprehensive strategies for reward systems that align with the company's long-term objectives.
- Ensure that compensation and reward structures are designed to motivate employees in a way that aligns with the company's strategic priorities, such as innovation, market expansion, or operational excellence
Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Design and administer employee benefit and wellness programs (insurance, wellness, retirement, flexi benefit program)
- Manage the annual salary review process, including benchmarking and adjustments.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Compliance & Policy Management
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance levels across all HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate compliance incidents, violations, or breaches reported by employees or identified through audits, ensuring thorough and impartial investigations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness
- Periodically review HR policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
