About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Recruitment to lead and drive our recruitment business.
This is a senior leadership position requiring a strong blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and business acumen.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large teams, managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, and driving business growth through client acquisition and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
- Oversee the performance and development of delivery teams, ensuring targets are met.
- Implement best practices and scalable processes to improve efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance, client-focused culture within the team.
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
- Work closely with senior leadership to set financial and operational targets.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued business growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients, expanding our portfolio of recruitment services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to maximize business potential.
Recruitment Delivery & Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Implement streamlined recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management;
- Collaborate with internal teams, senior executives, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to enhance recruitment capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on delivery management and business growth.
- Proven experience leading large recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring projects.
- Strong track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.
- Deep understanding of recruitment delivery models, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Hands-on experience in setting up new recruitment teams and driving operational success.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT, Engineering, BFSI, or niche recruitment industries.
- Exposure to global recruitment markets (UK, US, Europe, APAC).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-driven hiring solutions.
