Job Title: Sr. Manager Project Sales.
Location:Mumbai Suburban.
Qualification: BE (Engineering Degree).
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Handle PAN India sales and marketing for project orders, including government (GOVT) and private (PVT) sector approvals.
- Budgeting & Projections: Create yearly projections and ensure the achievement of targets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to guide pricing strategy and strategic decision-making.
- Negotiations & Client Relations: Frequent travel required for negotiations and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports as per management requirements.
Desired Skills:.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the B2B channel, project orders, government tenders, private tenders, and GEM portal.
- Behaviour: Should be aggressive, ownership-driven, a go-getter, organized, and possess critical thinking skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise relevant to the industry.
