Senior Manager - Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the monthly performance marketing budget to meet revenue goals profitably
- Run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging platforms, ensuring ROAS benchmarks are met
- Strategically scale budgets (2025% MoM) without destabilizing ROAS or performance
- Drive channel efficiency with tight control over CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and CVR
- Design and execute experiments for audience expansion, new creatives, and market testing
- Collaborate with creative, web, and analytics teams to improve AOV, CVR, and landing page performance
- Build performance dashboards, weekly performance reports, and structured scaling playbooks
- Conduct LTV:CAC analyses to identify new efficiency opportunities
- Manage pacing, offer alignment, and monthly planning to avoid mid-month budget or ROAS slumps
- Align campaign strategies with inventory, product priority, and category trends
- Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue and profitability goals
Success Metrics:
You will be measured on:
- Total online revenue driven via paid performance
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Monthly budget growth and scale
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and CPM stability
- AOV and CVR improvement metrics
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven success in scaling performance budgets without sacrificing ROAS
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and attribution tools
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, GA4, and BI dashboards (e.g. Looker)
- Ability to link marketing performance to P&L impact
- Experience running creative, audience, and bidding experiments
- Background in D2C or high-AOV categories
- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination
