Role& Responsibility:

Organizational Strategy & Culture:

- Design and implement OD strategies that support business transformation.

- Work closely with senior leadership to align culture and values with long-term goals.

- Facilitate culture building initiatives and engagement programs.

- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.

- Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.

- Contributing to restructuring departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.

- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.

- Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient, cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.

Change Management:

- Lead change management efforts across departments to ensure smooth transitions.

- Create communication plans and training roadmaps for transformation programs.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

- Support identification and development of high-potential talent.

- Drive succession planning frameworks for critical roles.

Leadership Development:

- Design and roll out leadership development programs across levels.

- Partner with external agencies and internal trainers to deliver interventions.

Performance Management & Capability Building:

- Strengthen the performance management process with a focus on continuous feedback and development.

- Analyze skill gaps and work on capability development programs across functions.

Organizational Diagnostics:

- Conduct OD diagnostics using tools such as employee surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups.

- Analyze data to generate insights and recommend relevant interventions.

Policy Design & Governance:

- Design OD-related frameworks, policies, and guidelines in line with best practices.

- Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance of all OD initiatives.
