Job Description :
- The candidate will be responsible in leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio - creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy

Description:
- Building Brands
- Provide short term and long term strategic direction for the brand
- Conceptualize, develop & execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda.
- Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communication
- Works collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to develop impactful campaigns & drive superior market results
- Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force.
- Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)
- Undertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with KOLs
- Financials & Budgetary Control
- Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom line targets
- Budgetary control for cost management
- Risk management & compliance control.
Profile:
A successful Senior Manager- Medico Marketing should have:
- Tier 1 pedigree of education is preferred
- Pharma + MBA background is preferred
- Team Management industry is preferred
- Should have experience in HCP marketing and HCP communications
