Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage P&L for marketplace channels.
- Drive strategy and execution for performance across major marketplaces.
- Lead new product launches, promotions, and campaigns to grow traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competition to improve listings, visibility, and conversion.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers and internal stakeholders.
- Optimize product pricing, inventory forecasting, and promotional strategy to maximize revenue and margins.
- Lead a small team focused on channel growth, operations, and analytics.
- Regularly monitor KPIs such as GMV, ROI, CAC, cart abandonment rate, and overall performance efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred.
- 712 years of total experience with at least 4 years in a similar marketplace or category role.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and algorithms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
- Experience managing end-to-end P&L.
- Hands-on with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in D2C, eCommerce, or FMCG domain preferred
