Senior Marketing Operations Manager - Datadog (8-11 yrs)
About:
- Looking for a Strong Digital Data Operations Profile
- Must have 6+ YOE in Marketing tech operation/digital operations
- Must have 2+ YOE using Datadog for setup, real-time monitoring and implementation for web pages
- Must have experience in incident management processes, including defining SLAs and triaging incident for the marketing universe
- Must have experience in Real User Monitoring (RUM) across all marketing pages to capture data on performance (page load times, web-vitals), user behavior (heatmaps, device types, geography), and experience quality
- Must have experience in developing and maintaining dashboards (using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools) to visualize incident trends, SLA adherence, and usage metrics from both synthetic and real user monitoring.
- Preferred Experience in creatig dashboards with tools like Power BI or Tableau or strong aptitude and willingness to learn these tools as part of the role.
- Preferred Experience Adobe Analytics
- Preferred ITIL Knowledge/Certification
- Job Specific Criteria of comfortable with 1 PM to 10 PM shift
