Role Description:

HR Business Partnering:

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation strategies and benefit offerings to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards.

- Succession Planning: Create and implement succession plans to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders, safeguarding long-term organizational stability and growth.
