Senior Manager - Legal/Non-Litigation

Responsibilities:

- Excellent skills in contracting, documentation, communication with regulatory authorities and external vendors, clients and service providers.

- Draft, review, negotiate and ensure timely completion of the agreements including EPC contracts, project consultant agreement etc. as may be required for execution of green field/brown field projects.

- Manage all property related transactions, responses to show cause notices. Legal Advisory for all statutory and legislative interpretation and legal issues. Disputes and Notices in coordination with Litigation Team. Cross Functional engagement with all Functions in the Company ensuring effective legal partnering. Engaging with the larger Legal Team for efficient, timely and overall legal services.

- Assist in preparing justifications to inquiries regarding existing contract obligations and revisions, identify risks and issues, and suggest alternatives for it.
